The spacious cavity loads up to eight standard place settings for all of family dish-washing needs. This unit can quick connect to any kitchen faucet and eliminates the hassles for direct plumbing or permanent installation. Easy controls allow for customization of wash cycle depending on your family’s needs. In addition, this unit is ENERGY STAR rated for the most energy/cost efficient dish-washing year round. Important note: The faucet adapter (comes with the dishwasher) fits standard-sized Aerator openings for both male and female connections. Size: Male 15/16″, Female 55/64″. As long as your faucet has a standard-sized removable Aerator, it should be able to connect our faucet adapter. To ensure a perfect connection, you might need a third-party adapter kit if your faucet has a unique aerator size. For standard faucet head with a side/detached sprayer: while attached to the faucet, some detached sprayers will experience water leakage due to line pressure. This is from the design of these faucets to redirect the water pressure from the main faucet head to the side sprayer. If you have a side sprayer, you will most likely need to install a water line that is separated from the sprayer.

Order Tracking

Return Eligibility Window

We accept return requests within 30 calendar days after your package is delivered. Any return request submitted after this 30-day window will not be approved.

To qualify for a return, your curtain or decor item must be unused, unwashed, free of stains, pet hair, odors or damage, and kept in its original packaging with all tags intact. Items that have been cut, altered, washed, installed or damaged by customer use cannot be returned for a full refund. Proof of purchase (order number or order confirmation email) is required for all return applications.

How to Start a Return

Please contact our customer support with your order number and return reason before sending back any goods. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number once approved. Do not ship items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returned packages may be refused and will not be processed for refund.

Shipping Cost for Returns

Damaged, defective or wrong items (our error): We will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label. You may choose to receive a full refund..
Change of mind, size mismatch, personal preference: Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. The original shipping charge paid at checkout will not be refunded.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned merchandise and confirm it meets our return requirements, we will initiate your refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to show up in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer processing speed.

Damaged & Defective Goods

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If items arrive damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a remedy for you. Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
