Pool Cover Maintenance: The WAYNE 1/4 HP Reinforced Thermoplastic Pool Cover Pump is an addition to your pool maintenance. WAYNE model WAPC250 has iSwitch technology, which activates the pump once the water level is at, or above 2 1/8". Auto Off deactivates the pump when water is at or below 3/4"
Automatic Pumping: Water level must be at least 2-1/8" for the pump to turn on, prime, and operate. Water levels less than 2-1/8" won't activate the iSwitch to start the pump, so manual activation will be needed
Efficient Design: Energy efficient, high flow, oil-free pump. Easy on/off allows you to plug in and leave the pump unattended for worry-free water removal all winter long. Automatic freeze protection within the iSwitch technology helps prevent pump damage
Additional Features: The strainer base filters out debris to minimize clogging and keeps the pump from tipping over. 25-foot power cord and 25-foot "pull-to-shore" rope included to help position the pump on the pool cover. Return Eligibility Window

We accept return requests within 30 calendar days after your package is delivered. Any return request submitted after this 30-day window will not be approved.

To qualify for a return, your curtain or decor item must be unused, unwashed, free of stains, pet hair, odors or damage, and kept in its original packaging with all tags intact. Items that have been cut, altered, washed, installed or damaged by customer use cannot be returned for a full refund. Proof of purchase (order number or order confirmation email) is required for all return applications.

How to Start a Return

Please contact our customer support with your order number and return reason before sending back any goods. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number once approved. Do not ship items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returned packages may be refused and will not be processed for refund.

Shipping Cost for Returns

Damaged, defective or wrong items (our error): We will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label. You may choose to receive a full refund..
Change of mind, size mismatch, personal preference: Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. The original shipping charge paid at checkout will not be refunded.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned merchandise and confirm it meets our return requirements, we will initiate your refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to show up in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer processing speed.

Damaged & Defective Goods

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If items arrive damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a remedy for you. Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
