This NSi Industries EWZ103 digital time switch accepts 120-277 VAC input and its DPST output contacts can activate a 40 amp load or 2 hp motor. The switch automatically detects the input voltage and does not require manual voltage setting. This timer includes 20 pairs of on/off set points, has a minimum cycle time of one minute, and is suitable for individualized daily operation. A rechargeable super capacitor provides four days of backup power to maintain time and schedule settings. This timer can adjust for daylight saving time and leap year and compensate for sunrise and sunset variation based on Earth's latitude. The double-pole single-throw (DPST) contacts are housed within a Noryl plastic alloy enclosure that meets NEMA-3R standards for water resistance and has a lockable hasp. The enclosure is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use and mounts to an external surface. This digital timer is Underwriter Laboratories (UL) Listed and Canadian Standards Association (CSA) certified for quality assurance and is suitable for controlling lighting, heaters, and equipment motors.

Return Eligibility Window

We accept return requests within 30 calendar days after your package is delivered. Any return request submitted after this 30-day window will not be approved.

To qualify for a return, your curtain or decor item must be unused, unwashed, free of stains, pet hair, odors or damage, and kept in its original packaging with all tags intact. Items that have been cut, altered, washed, installed or damaged by customer use cannot be returned for a full refund. Proof of purchase (order number or order confirmation email) is required for all return applications.

How to Start a Return

Please contact our customer support with your order number and return reason before sending back any goods. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number once approved. Do not ship items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returned packages may be refused and will not be processed for refund.

Shipping Cost for Returns

Damaged, defective or wrong items (our error): We will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label. You may choose to receive a full refund..
Change of mind, size mismatch, personal preference: Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. The original shipping charge paid at checkout will not be refunded.

Refund Processing

Damaged & Defective Goods

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If items arrive damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a remedy for you. Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
